Are all the products handmade?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. No two pieces are alike: each one is unique.
Are the products 100% original?
Yes, all our items come from artisan workshops and cooperatives in different regions.
Can I order a personalized item?
In most cases, yes. Some artisans accept custom orders (colors, sizes, materials, etc.). Contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability.
Orders and payments
How can I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process. It's quick and secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, debit card, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through a reputable payment platform.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible through our form or email.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take between 3 to 7 business days in Spain depending on the dates and traffic and 7 to 15 days or more For international shipments. Please note that, as these are handmade products, there may be slight variations in delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the corresponding link from NACEX.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return your order within the 14 days after receipt,provided the item is in its original condition.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
How do I make a return?
Simply write to us indicating your order number. We will send you detailed instructions for the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
Care and maintenance
How should I care for handcrafted products?
We recommend cleaning them gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using chemicals and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or humidity.
Can the clothes be washed in a washing machine?
We don't recommend it. Most of our garments are made with natural fabrics and artisanal dyes; it's best to hand wash them in cold water.
